I often get a TH 10 against my number in Clan Wars and I guess many Th 9s face the same situation.
With the Infernos, it's always a tough task to take on a fairly developed TH 10. But still it wasn't totally difficult to get a 2 star. Now that 25 walls are going to be added to Th 10, I guess it's gonna get tough for TH 9s without the Freeze Spell to penetrate to the core and take down the Infernos thus making it very difficult to even get a 2 star.
What do you guys think on this?
25 extra walls means 25 extra walls worth of matchmaking weight. And although your base is not matched individually in clan wars (it is the clan as a whole), if your equal number as a TH9 in war is a TH10, chances are that TH10 is rushed anyway.
what chance does any level lower ever have at attacking someone higher unless there base is horrible or just upgraded there town hall
a th9 is not supposed to have a chance against a reasonably developed th10 .... that's why we keep advancing in level.
Most of the TH10s only have level 7 walls anyway. What's the difference between a rushed TH10 with 250 level 7 walls and a rushed TH10 with 275 level 7 walls?
That's 62,500 hitpoints.
Not a lot compared to the 175,000 if you max em (you won't be matched with maxed TH10s)! :smirk:
I don't think it should matter too much. Considering the *cough*high*cough* weight of walls in war matchmaking, a TH10 matched against a TH9 shouldn't have walls at an intimidating level.
25 more purple or skull walls... Meh... I might be wrong though, since I prefer Air attacks. But either way, at that point of the game there are many hybrid Air/Ground strategies available.
about 2/3 of the time im matched against a th10. Itll be interesting, more matchups against th9 will be much easier now.
I think your th10's should stop being bad and attack the th10's. Unless you guys attack by number, which is the case in the common no coordination clan.
With my base design I can't build an extra layer with only 25 walls. This means that my core won't be farther down my base. So if 4 earthquake can get any army in my core, the extra 25 walls won't change that.
And you shouldn't be able to 2 stars a TH10 with level 2 infernos and good layout. It's like saying that a TH8 can 2 stars a TH9 with level 2 xbows. Shouldn't happen.
