Considering that all barracks and spell factories are accessible from each other and from a single button, don't u think that in the army overview window we should have our heroes there the whole time and when they're healing the time remaining for them to heal is shown in the hero icon ?!
and if they are under upgrade they just put a small hammer beside the hero and turn his icon grey ?!
