Crashing since update

doesn't work for me either :(

Also can't play at all. Before this update, I would see a black splash screen with the Supercell logo on it, before the connecting and loading screens.
With this update, no black splash screen before it returns to the desktop (although still active, since I have to use the home button to close it down).

This worked. I disconnected from wifi and was able to connect to the game via 3G. I then reconnected to wifi and I can still connect to the game. Thanks, Nick!

My game worked perfectly after the update yesterday, but I downloaded the new patch today because it was recommended. Now game doesn't work at all. I can load the game, but as soon as I enter the farm (<1 second after) screen instantly turns black and game crashes.

I play on iPad, iOS 8.3.?

Updating to iOS 8.4.1 seemed to fix the issue.

nick, I got tthe update work well yesterday.but now no more. it keep crash soon after hayday loaded. after try 11 times, I see colorful cloud that usually appear at 1st day of event

is now there's an even going?

If so,then the cloud is the problem, many ppl previously,before this update, canot play hayday everytime event comes

what should I do? I got more than 13 GB free space as well as clean restart iPad attempt twice ,like what you reccomend on your thread. close every app then restart,still,dont work

Hi Nick,

New update did allow game to open but crashed if you tried to visit another farm, and crashed half the time you visited derby board or message board.

Now game won't load, gets to clouds and crashes.

Please say there is work being done to fix these problems.

I am an iPad OS 5.1.1 user with sufficient space available.

iPad mini upto date iOS, game loads but keeps kicking me out when trying to watch ads.

My daughter has an iPod Touch (4th Generation), running 6.1.6.
She was having issues before the update with the game crashing and running very slowly/lagging but since the update, it will not open at all.
We get the Black SC Logo, then the "Hayday loading" page for about 20 seconds before it throws us back to her homepage.
We have tried all the steps you suggest but to no avail.
Please help.
