Weakness spell (dark spell factory)

My idea for a spell is a dark spell : The Weakness spell
MAIN IDEA:
This spell decreases the damage of Defending structures like archer tower canon Inferno tesla etc. (No King/Queen/CCTroops)

ATTACK STRATEGIES:
You can use the Weakness Spell for every type of attack.
For example for Air attacks... You can use this to "weak" Air defenses and Air sweeper.
OR
For ground attacks... You can weak Infernos Wiztower etc

DEFENSE STRATEGIES:
This spell doesn't work for any Troop or Hero (King + Queen)

DURATION & RADIUS:
I thought that this spell stays at least
LVL 1 : 7.5s
LVL 2 : 10s
LVL 3 : 12.5s
LVL 4: 15s

AND

The Radius is like the Poison Spell only one maybe two structures

EXTRA INFORMATION:
I would say that this spell costs 75 Dark elexir and for upgrading
LVL 2 40.000 Dark elixir
LVL 3 60.000 Dark elixir
LVL 4 80.000 Dark Elexir

We have a spell that can completely stop a defense from firing, which is the freeze spell. We don't need a weaker version of that, it just wouldn't make any sense.

But this Spell has a housing space of 1 spellspace so you can take 4 Weakness spells instead of 2 Freeze spells :D
3 Weakness spells + 4 Ragespells or 4 Weakness spells + 1 Poison spell and 3 Ragespells are better than
2 Freeze + 1 Poison + 3 Rage
