Completed Task recorded as Expired
I completed a Wheat Task for 317 points and the result was recorded on the Derby Board showing my NH in first place. However, it automatically start a new task for me which was same as the first one, and my personal task showing both tasks, one completed and the other on-going. On completion of my second task, the record of my first task on the derby board was gone and the score of my NH became 0. Then, it said that my task has "EXPIRED". I closed the app and logged in again, only to find that my personal log of the 2 tasks were gone too.
Now, it shows that my wheat task has "EXPIRED" while it continues to ask me to do a third time. How could my task be expired as the derby has started less than 2 hours?
My available task is now shown as 4/5 and I cannot proceed to do another task unless I trash this one, which I have duly completed and scores not counted.
What a waste of my time and efforts!
Totally unfair that my quota of 5 has to be deducted through no fault of the player.
Could Supercell please investigate the case?

Same here, but my completed task is now reassigned to me twice, and both new tasks are active at the same time. After completing the original, it reassigned the same task once, with remaining tasks 5/5. After logging out & in, the second active task appeared. Remaining tasks are now 4/5. Not enough mine tools to do this task again...
