Wizard are the most powerful ground units.
Like three other units(barbarin,archer,giant),it is great to put another level for wizard.
Move wizard level 6 for TH9 and wizard level7 for TH10.

So you're not asking for a new level, you're actually asking for a rebuild on the wizz unit?
I think something like that will be a bit radical and an invasive procedure.
Wizz are probably the most used unit thanks to their ranged DPS, so changing them would change the Meta.
Wiz are fine as they are now
