Idea about Community forum

Hi dear SuperCell Staff`s and their gamers

my name is saveh from iran. i am old forumer.i worked long time with forums and now i have one forum regarding online games. i want to offer you to make Country Community for CoC forums.

why ?

- many of people dosnt know english , so they cant get guides or helps.
- people allow to use their own language to get details
- visit of forum will be higher than now.


Also as you know too many of iranians playing this game , as i heard from iranian cyber police , more than 17 Milion people in iran playing this game.

anyway thats what i can offer to get a more gamer. ( atleast from iran )

im there to give you any details if you want

Opening the forum to many different languages would cause a whole lot of work for the forum. They would need to get people to moderate those forums and do so with the same standards that are upheld everywhere. I would propose that if you feel that Persians need their own forum, that making one would probably be the most efficient way to go about it.

I don't speak for the supercell community forums and I certainly wouldn't want anyone to think that my opinion is theirs, but I wouldn't hold my breath for individual language forums.

its not hard to find anyone to moderate their own forums , just need to be Announcement , and ofcourse thats why i want to open Country forums there because people knw this as offcial forums. its hard to ADS any new forum /web to all of iranian ( or any country ) people . so please re-think about that

There's already alotta stand-alone Clash of Clans forums in a huge variety of languages.
These independent forums all face one problem and that's findability, as they are not officially supported by SuperCell and do not get automated traffic from this forum to their independent languaged forum. What SaveH actually is asking for if to connect this forum to those independent forums, just so people will be able to find a forum in their native language.

The only problem being here is that SuperCell has a bunch of rules and terms that need to be enforced at exactly the same way they have been doing here. If there's any big difference between this forum and independent forums people will start complaining about the restriction here compared to other forums (or the other way around). And that's probably something SC issn't looking forward to. So before they could publicly announce their support for another forum in a different language they will need to brief the person in control of that forum and setup an agreement with terms and rules, if those don't get accepted or even broken after an agreement SC will reserve the right to stop their support for this independent forum and remove all traffic gateways to it.

Now imagine the amount of iranian users on an independent forum, that should be huge if your number is valid.
and what if a relationship between SuperCell and an Iranian forum gets broken? what will happen to the authenticity of the information on that independent forum? Almost all Iranian players will believe that the announcements posted on the Iranian version is the truth, mainly because they won't be able to check the English version for authenticity.

So in order to prevent legal situations like these SuperCell will have to control the other version forum and that means it will be their responsibility to maintain order, organisation and authenticity. And that means they will have to build it, find moderators, and probably have to do this for every language possible because (just like flagrequests) every country will want to have their own version, and they'll think it's unfair if they don't get one.

So the best thing you could do right now is either try to create your own community, or apply for a job at supercell and make a case to create 200 individual forums for each language/country. I'm not a mathematical genious, but i think your best odds are with the first option ;)

but everything is easy man.im moderator of Garena Community from 2008 till now. i think that you heard about this online platform.

this platform has more than milions gamer and still have forums for any country ( which is request ) .
so making forums for none-english people and moderating it not a hard work/

ofcourse it need some times to get good one. but atleast it will be great
many of people dosnt knw what update has made on CoC , what Event is running and more things.

by the way we have to look it as a important job. finnaly i need to get answer from SuperCell staffs.

I understand where you're comming from, just like you i have years and years of forum admin/moderation experience. I don't doubt the fact that the workload issn't heavy, what i'm refering to in my last post is the selection of qualified people who will have the time and experience to moderate these forums. From a legal point of view Supercell will probably want these people to be connected to them rather then being a part of a different organisation. You're probably experienced enough and know what needs to be done, but with 250 major languages in the world your input would be about 0,4% of all translationwork =P

I would love to have separate forums for all major languages, so i keep myself available if they ever need a Dutch moderator with years of previous experience. But i doubt if they'll ever feel the need to do this, English is the most used language online, so they kinda covered the biggest audience already ;)
