If you're pushing you'll want to destroy every building possible to guarantee the 50%. If you're farming and you use your heroes to get the storages but then your heroes walk around the storages because they're upgrading. I just don't see the point of it.

If you don't want your Heroes to waste their time attacking a building under construction, use other troops to take it out first.
