Appropriate TH10 or TH9 defenses
Combined Hero level of 50+
500+ War Stars

TH9
Appropriate TH9 or TH8 defenses
3-star specialists, ghbh, goho, golaloon and varriants of
Combined Hero level of 30+
400+ War Stars
