i plan on getting my max 6million gold cap before it is finished upgrading.
current defenses : 3 L6 wizard Towers
5 L9 archer towers
5 L10 canons
3 L5 mortars
2 L2 Teslas
3 L4 air defenses
So whats next once i hit th9? do i start with buying my xbows? Do I try to get all the new walls to an average level?

can a th7 even hold 6 mil? oh wait you just made the title wrong haha your th8 already. well when you go to th9 then what i would recommend was use your gold to make both xbows immediately and the elixir on upgrading lab
(but you are not ready for th9 at all looking at the levels of those mortars)

I have a generic plan you might want to use:
I take an inventory of what I need to upgrade and put it into lists of gold-related and elixier-related. (I usually ignore dark elixier as I find it inefficient, but you might have to do it as well.)
Then I prioritize it. Usually, for a new TH level, army buildings are most important. However, for th9, you don't get any new levels of barracks or army camps, so the main army upgrades are lab and troops. Troops you don't need builders, so they can be safely ignored.
Then, I divide builders into teams. I have three builders, so for important stuff I would allocate 2/3 to one set of stuff, and 1/3 to the other.
For example:
1/3 gold related, 2/3 elixer related
I find this method to be extremely useful because then you don't have some stuff maxxed while other stuff is level 1, and you don't upgrade all of one thing at the same time, e.g. 3 mortars.
Oh, and regarding walls: Walls are usually not part of my plan because they don't require time. Just upgrade them whenever builders are free. However, you want to get all of them to at least gold or pink minimum before the more expensive ones to make sure a single wb can't bust through easily.
I'd max before th9. You've still got 4 tesla levels, 2 air defence levels and 1 mortar level.

The next weeks you will get attacked more than usual as everyone can see you just upped the TH. Keep TH outside for cheap shield, loot enough to keep builders busy and don't worry too much. Once you get your Th up and running, you'll be in the big leagues, ready to revenge the cheap shots from the last weeks ;)
Then he should cancel and finish upgrading. Sucks losing the coin, but being closer to max is a much better choice.Quote:
