What would you use for clan collaboration

CoC has the clan chat. But I am looking for a better way to connect with my clan while playing CoC and even out of the game. We have used gtalk, skype etc.

What is the best way you collaborate with your clan if you could use:
1. Text Chat - with control over group creation (clans, sub groups in clans or 1:1 chats)
2. Audio/Voice Chat
3. Video Chat (e.g. facetime style)
4. Live Screen Sharing
5. Other?
6. Don't need or care to collaborate with clan
