Me too although I'm collecting tnt one after another. After watching movie my game then crashes
Having the same issue.. Collected the same diamond 5 times already (although my diamond count doesn't go after I'm back in)

Game disconnects after watching commercials the rewards are loaded but then they disappear when game disconnects.:mad:
This is happening on both my iPad Air and Samsung Mobile. I can't seem to retain the rewards after the commercials play.:mad: The posted fix by Nick is JUNK, and not helpful at all. It's very hard to enjoy the update with the constant lost of connection.
I agree that threads should be merged but I don't like that it appears that I used an angry emoji when posting. I don't believe I have ever used it in my time on this forum.
Still no improvement. After commercial i want to claim the given item, tap it and connection will be lost... No fun at all. Over and over again.
