Today I'm a fresh th10 with all maxed th9 buildings and I've saved 8m of both gold and elixir and I've started building a xbow and an inferno and with elixir I've started upgrading lab and Spell factory.,
And next what should I upgrade please tell me the order which I need to upgrade anything.
Depends on what you are looking for.
On my first account (heavy farmer) I first maxed both infernos and upgraded all xbows to lvl 3 so I have a good defense in multiplayer
On my second account, I wanted to keep myself low in CW, so I did built both infernos, so I get a minimal protection (keeps barchers away) but kept them at lvl 1 while upgrading my camps, troops, and now upgrading all AT and canons to max lvl. Infernos will be the last thing I will upgrade. This way I remain our last TH10 in CW...
Not speaking out of experience, but generally you want to max offense asap. Get on the elixir grind and pump out those lv8 camps! Also don't forget to upgrade your cc, as this will help on offense and defense.
You have 2 ways to do it:
- Standard way: Build infernos, xbows and every new thing you get. Upgrade SF & LAB then wait until upgrades finished to start new one or gem SF directly to participate in war or use spells in your regular raids
- War-based upgrades: SF,Lab, camps and anything other than new defenses. Until you get a good army to attack with and get 2/3 stars then building and upgrade new defenses with old one.

Since you started like my 2 accounts, here is my technic:
builder 1 : xbow
builder 2 : inferno
Builder 3 : new defs
Builder 4 : elixir upgrade (camps, DE drills, heroes)
Once the xbow is at level 3, I put builder 1 on teslas
Once infernos are finished, I put builder 2 on wiz tower
Once new defs are at same level than others, I put builder 3 on mortars
Air defense and level 4 xbows are at the bottom of my list since those are 8M upgrades that can wait IMO

Prahi. Dont stress about upgrade order. Th10 is over 1 year of solid work.
My order was in general - lab, resources, offence, defence, heros, walls. But specific upgrades depended more on my builder schedule and loot availability. I always had builders and lab finishing on different days and Always had a variety of different cost upgrades available so i could always start a new upgrade as soon as the previous one finished.
