Lost Derby Prizes

I lost 2 items I picked to keep while reshuffling, 4th column didn't even change items. Would like my 5 diamonds returned.

Same here. Selected items and lost not only them but a new deco i got ina reshuffle and was excited about. On the flip side, I'm super pleased that a carriage is now on my farm, from an update shopping spree! Thanks for making the last round of decos available for purchase. Hopefully the glitch will get fixed quickly.

I haven't shuffled in awhile (only tend to do it if I don't have anything good) but the last time I shuffled I was able to click on and "lock" one prize from each column before I shuffled. Then the other three spots from each column would shuffle.

This morning I tried to do that but it shuffled all the prizes, even if I had some selected.

Anyone else discover this? I was kind of upset because after the shuffle the prizes were even worse and now I think I will not chance it again. What a waste of diamonds. :straightface:

Aww, that is really awful!:(:thumbsdown: I'm so sorry that happened to you! :( I shuffled mine right after the derby ended & didn't have any trouble, but it was before the update. I hope they fix this before the new derby ends.
