Lost Derby Prizes

First, I want to say how lovely the new update is - mist, mushrooms, and fall colored trees - love it all! My favorite time of year looks beautiful on HayDay, with Supercell's usual attention to detail.

I was disappointed however when I went to collect my derby horseshoe prizes. I decided to pay diamonds to reshuffle. I locked in the items I liked in each catagory, confirmed the reshuffle, and lost the items that were supposed to be locked in. The spots were still dark indicating they had been selected, but the items had changed. Now what?

Another twist...
When I went back to reselect my prizes, this is what appeared on the screen:

The fourth horseshoe column is now unsusable.

It happened to me too...I selected 2 Prizes in the horseshoes then reshuffled,but all prizes changed..even the ones I had selected :(

Maybe I am wrong because I don't shuffle that often but I think the shuffle feature changed a bit with this update.

I haven't shuffled in awhile (only tend to do it if I don't have anything good) but the last time I shuffled I was able to click on and "lock" one prize from each column before I shuffled. Then the other three spots from each column would shuffle.

This morning I tried to do that but it shuffled all the prizes, even if I had some selected.

Anyone else discover this? I was kind of upset because after the shuffle the prizes were even worse and now I think I will not chance it again. What a waste of diamonds. :straightface:

This happened to me this morning as well! :mad: I had the hanging baskets in the 5th column, locked it down and hit shuffle...POOF! it was gone. At least I already had one but was looking forward to a matching set. I tested another column (I know, a waste of diamonds) and it happened again. Like you, I am afraid now in future derbies to even try this again.

Thank you for looking into this. I went ahead and selected items from the 1st 3 columns. I picked a random red square in the last column hoping it would turn into something. It did not. Only 3 prizes received. Altogether 10 diamonds were spent reshuffling and the saved items were lost + an entire column of prize options.

Same here! The first time I locked in and reshuffled and my item disappeared, I thought it was my error. When it happened with the second reshuffle, I knew it was a bug. I wouldn't have minded so much if my replacement items weren't lousy. 😕

Happened to me too and my prizes when from not good to completely disappointing. I won't be spending diamonds to reshuffle again unless this glitch is fixed. I liked being able to lock a few items that I did want and shuffle to see what else I could get. Now, it doesn't make sense to take the risk.

This issue has now been reproduced and we will need to make an update to completely fix it (as with the iOS5.x crash issues). We will keep you posted, and maybe via an maintenance we can do something about it (fingers crossed).

I reported this in the thread on the new update. Hopefully it is a quick bug to fix.
