The Goho check list before attacking
In construction at the moment. (as of 9/14/2015)
This is something aimed to help the community.
Trying to put together a check list to do before attacking in
clan wars using Goho (golem with hogs). Any other useful advice
that can be added please post your ideas of common mistakes.
Some of this can be used for any type of attack, at the moment
aimed at Goho.
If this turns into something good then maybe we can make one for
each good war attack such as Golaloon etc.
==Scouting==
Enemy clan castle
1. Lurable or not?
Lurable: Where to lure it to, out of range of defenses. What to kill it with?
If can lure near the aq, use a golem to distract while killing it.
If in a corner kill, barbs and 2 witches with AQ (AKA witch trick)
Not: need a good kill squad, least 2 golems, maybe witches. Consider a
Rage spell in some cases. Rage means less heals, thus consider
using giants with your Surhog attack.
Enemy AQ
1. How to access to kill? Jump or Wbs?
Careful of wb fails! Make sure no wt or mortars to nuke your Wbs.
Try to bring backup plan: More Wbs, use jump instead.
Advanced: use a test wb for small bombs (common for anti 3 star designs)
Double giant bombs
1. Locate possible spots.
Any popping using lure troops or ks? Popping using few surhogs?
Quad telsas
Obvious quad telsa space near TH are deadly, if possible want golem
or Bk as a tank, or have plenty of hogs
==Attacking==
Avoid AQ and BK from going sightseeing
Units for funnel usually wizs, also minion can be useful if no air target defenses.
Destroying army camps provide a nice big space for a funnel.
Wizards behind hogs, to avoid time running out for cleanup.
2 backup wizs for cleanup if possible
Too many types of units will need to scroll causing possible misuse of spells
Can preview your army order using Single player.
Check enemy hero levels, 5 lvl higher then yours is not a wise choice.
Deploy golems so they tank 2 or 3 defenses at most, any more then
that they will get shredded.
