Whoops! I Accidently Pressed 'Attack' in War

War started - - my camps were full of donation troops:

• 3 lvl4 golems
• 2 lvl4 dragons
• 8 lvl6 loons
• 6 lvl5 wizards
• 1 lvl3 pekka

Plus I had:

• lvl15 AQ and BK
• Lvl5 golem in CC
• 3 lvl6 heals
• 1 lvl5 rage
• 1 lvl1 poison

I was scouting the enemy #1 base and speaking with friends not fully paying attention to the game. I clicked 'attack' and 'confirm' really fast thinking I was exiting the war screen. When I looked at the screen I realized what I had done and was like....'Oh my goodness! I'm attacking their #1 fully maxed TH9 w/ lvl20 heroes!?! With this army?!?'

Somehow I became incredibly focused, analyzed the base, and eeked out a 60% 2star. Though I redeemed my mistake to some degree, I remained frustrated because I planned to attack that base with a HoGo for 3star attempt.

Moral of the story: Accidents happen. Make the best of the situation when they do!

It's fate. Your GoHo was destined for zero stars. The clash gods saved you, thank them.

plot twist : he actually stumbled on a new 3 star strat. and now supercell is freaking out trying to nerf it.

That really is the best thing you can do if you ever fall into that situation, have a go and don't waste an attack.

Amazes me how even after SC added a Confirmation screen people still 'accidentally' attack. :facepalm::facepalm:

and it was a max th10 ..:facepalm:

Once happened with me having barch :facepalm:

I had standard spell composition. I barched a th10 base for 2 stars with giants lvl7 in cc. Got 50% 2 stars which sometimes I didn't get with GoWiPe XD
