lvl 1 witch or lvl 3 pekka

another vote for pekka until u have lvl 2 witch

Pekka 3 went on the shelf when witches went to 2. I never use pekkas any more.. Witches dropped properly rock.

goho is better than gowipe or gowiwi

It depends on the base layout and such but my experience has generally been

2-L1 witches < L3 Pekka < 2 L2 Witches

I am not sure I have trained a single Pekka for war since lvl 2 Witch. Nothing is worse than when you create a monster funnel and the Pekka still goes around the outside of the base. The Derp factor on Pekkas ruined them for me.

If you're using pekkas at th9 you're already going for two stars so...
