Now now, I just pointed out the logic... I didn't resort to name calling. I let the logic speak for itself. I prefer if you leave the unnecessary silliness out.

Based on last year, I would expect a new troop this update and a smaller update for the Halloween theme change. The significant difference this year is the fact that the first ClashCon is now set for next month. Why wouldn't they save something big for thier first big event?

Of course th is could be the big update, allowing them to get feedback so they can properly plan and host events around the big update. We should know more within the week ;)

You did see the Facebook post "We Love Sneak Peeks" right? Sneak peeks are starting tomorrow which means there WILL be an update before Clashcon. Or at least seeing as there have never been sneak peeks 6 weeks before the update I think it's safe based on history to predict that we will get an update before Clashcon :)

Ok maybe I shouldnt be to confident about this but I know Supercells strategy well. Yes last years september update was big but the first sneak peak was on a saturday so that the update could be released on thursday

Why only update on a Tuesday Wednesday Thursday?
Saturday and Sunday is weekend. Staff break. Not everyone is inand to release an update could cause problems. Monday. Everyone has only just got back into work and so releasing on zmonday is not what developers choose to do. Friday because if the update is not verified or does not go through in time then you will be waiting til the next Tuesday before the release. That is why updates come out ontuesday wednesday and thursday and many youtubers have even quoted that.

I wouldn't mind. I know a lot of Clashers are really hyped up about the update, but even if it really turns out to be small... There is a huge thing coming, if not now, then after the ClashCon.

Lol, by now... I've already gotten used to lowering my expectations so the update will be even more exciting for me. Can only wait till the sneak peeks come out :smirk:

Yeah usually they have a halloween update, and the past two years it has included new troops, so I don't expect them to break that tradition. Within the next month or two, we'll have an important update.

No, the dark troops are normally released pre Halloween, Witch, July 29th 2013, Lavahound September 16th 2014. They could change that this year, we'll see.

Heck once they did all of them in one day. Or they can do like the lava hound update and give 3 different clues to what it looks like. So day one could be 6 new items. Day two 8 new items and day 3 35 new things. Or one thing per day for three weeks

Pretty sure similar to last year the staff had a compulsory 1 month leave, or something thereabouts. So it doesn't have to point to anything 'big', such as the Clan Wars update.
