Have seen through various threads covering this topic. Wanted to hear the personal experiences of clashers who have went down this route, and advice you would provide for clashers who would like to take this path.

Leader, SW Project D, a back to back war clan with strategy

I'm about 12d in from max th9, 250 lava, 30/30 heroes. War weight was 66,600 in last war before i picked up a 7d shield and let everything max out.
I did 1camp, CC, lab, traps, new gold and elixir collectors. AQ->31 while the shield ran out
With 3rd max skel trap, 5th max air trap, 5th GB lv4 and AQ 31 war weight was 75K. My 1st camp finished after war day began so it was not factored in.
Camps 2,3,4 are upgrading, AQ ->32 and ill do spell factory when CC is done.
I upgraded golems first in the lab.
I was almost 3 starred by #1 in war with lv40AQ (no BK) golaloon but he ran out of time and only got 1. 2nd attack was a gohog and got 2 stars. I put up 2 stars against both th10s i attacked.
When the spell factory is done upgrading 8 days from now, all camps will be done and that will wrap up the offensive upgrades 20d out from turning th10.
Im sitting in champ3 right now so shields are easy to come by and the attacks have been mild, loot has been pretty awful, i definitely miss picking on th9s in crystal and masters with champ bonus.
