Lost Village - Need help stolen but we were able to retrieve the gmail account...

Anyone who can help us to retrieve the stolen village. My brother's account was accessed by someone else that we do not know. He noticed yesterday that he won't be able to access his village in COC and he ran to me for help.
I checked the account and the devices linked to it and found two unknown devices and the other device was removed (we did not remove it) after we viewed like 15 mins later.

We were able to retrieve the gmail account yesterday and his village (I think max TH8 already). Then, early in the morning today, he won't be able to access his gmail account and until in the afternoon. So he went and seek help again. We tried to access his account and there's no way to access by sending a phone verification code. So what we did, we accessed his email in the PC and we were able to retrieve the account by sending a code to an alternate email address. We were successfully restored his gmail account and changed the password.

We opened the game COC on his phone and add his gmail again but it did not load his village. We really tried to follow the steps found in the Supercell Support & Help page but it did not fix the problem.


Can anyone please how to report this to Supercell?
