New hero: Goblin king

Hey fellow clashers, now I'm not the one that came up of the idea of a goblin king I'm just merely just pushing for it. A new hero unlockable at town hall 10 basically the same idea as a king but he favors the storages. This way town hall 10 would be more desirable for long time players,farmers would love this hero, and for war it's another addition with his power he could as either the Queen or the king will make him worthy in war.
