New Spell/Dark Spell: Hypinosis Spell + Anti OP ideas

Quick Description:
Creates a small ring that makes enemy troops and defensive buildings attack their own allies for a short time.
Ideas for balancing and don't be OP:
> * The victims receive a speed reduction (only for troops)
and damage reduction.
> May affect the user's troops, if they enter in the ring.
> Extreme heat breaks the hypnosis effects. (Inferno Towers and Dragons can't be affected!)
> Don't affect traps.
> The victims will only attack other troops/defenses.
**This idea could be for a common elixir Spell too.
PS: I've noticed that other members already suggested a spell like this, but I want to expose my ideas about it... :p;)
