ios problem

I been having a problem and using the contact in the game for help for over 4 weeks now, everytime they say : everything must be working fine, well it dont ! So i try to mail and i got a mail back that i should use the in game help......

Here is mine problem

Mine facebook was gone and i contact the help and lucky me they could connect mine new facebook. But then the problem started, everytime i go on mine farm i must press connect facebook 6-7 times till he connects, but mine facebookfriends cant see mine farm, while i can see theres. Been mailing and all i get is everyting is working fine. Now i got a new android phone ( im on a ios now ) but i cant load mine farm using facebook it keeps on connecting a new level 1 farm, so back on mine ios i try to connect again and i see 2 farms, mine and the level 1. I got that 2 times and 2 times they removed the level 1, but not solve mine problem. Lucky for me mine farm is saved on mine game center but i love hayday and i play allot so this means im stuck on mine old phone to play, every day i mail and mail and no solution so please can someone help me here ? I try all the solutions i where given, i watch all the videos. I need help !

Using the email help, you get a standard answer. Try replying back a few times and they may be able to help. Make sure to be clear and specific. Try asking how to transfer farm from iOS device to new android phone. If they say Facebook, tell them you tried that but your iOS farm is not being pulled to your new phone.

What I do know is that Facebook links one farm and I am not sure if supercell can delete it even if you do it incorrectly. Maybe you can make a second Facebook account to link it but get support's help and steps to do it.

They told me they find mine problem now, its that im tryong to connect a facebook that isnt connected to mine farm. They send me multie link asking if that was mine fb and they all where links off mine new facebook, i replay with yes and they said it must be working fine multiple times. And now mine new facebook isnt connected??? After 5 weeks off mailing im back at the beginning? Great helpdesk....

Got responds again they send me a link again and it is mine new facebook, it is mine only one !!! And still no solution. He did say it dont help to keep on mailing the same problem, so he cant solve it so must stop asking for help ? Great service wish they told me that before i spend 500 last week on the game

Funny how nick can respond to little update bugs, but not to someone who is stuck for over 5 weeks now.....
