I'm a newborn th10 working on camps, hound/golem and freeze.
When i will hit 240 space, with golem hound maxed and freeze and pekkas lv 4 i will restart wars.
Two starring th10 isn't a problem as long they are not too strong, but i want a 100% sure 3 star strategy for maxed th9.
Any suggestion?

I'm a maxed th9 strong anti 2 and 3 star bases but I rarly defend against maxed gowipe. 3/4 golems 2/3 pekkas and a truck load of wiz does for me.
All depends on the base. Could be lavaloon, a golem based attack, who knows, but what ever you pick for the army, if it's set up for the base, it will be 3 stars. Assuming you also have some decent Heros.
Every TH 9 can be maxed with golaloon by a TH 9 of TH 10.
2 golem+2 wall breakers (sometimes not needed),+ 4 wiz+ 3 lava hounds+16 balloons.
1jump+2rage.
For TH 9. Remaining spell ur wish.
For TH 10, remaining 2 spells and 20+5 troops, ur wish.
As th9 i 3 starred some th9 with lavalonion.
Gowipe i don't remember one.
Lava hound lv 3 are stronger but i don't thing 500hp will turn the attack in an easy 3 star.
Sure i have 20 more troops and freeze but still....
Pekka lv 5 seem to be beastly, maybe they can add enough firepower to get 3 star?
Golaloon if you have lvl 20+ heroes. I have had a couple of attacks where I messed up wallbreakers and it was still an easy 3 stars. The extra spell and troop space and the lvl 3 hounds make it pretty easy. Otherwise, hogs should do it easily with the extra healing spell.
I've saw a GOLALOON fail to get three stars from a very advanced TH10 with a hero down against a near maxed TH9 in a war a few weeks back. Problem wasn't that it was a bad attack, but rather the lava hounds didn't die against TH9 defenses so there weren't any pups for the cleanup and he ran out of time.
I would try something more brute force oriented with golems and account for the heavy compartmentalization that most TH9's have with extra jump spells.
GoLaLoon is good but like someone said if your Hounds don't burst then you could be in trouble. What I typically do is take one more hound for how many AD are left after my kill squad is done. Ex. If kill squad takes out 2 AD I take 3 Hounds, if they take out 1 AD I take 4 hounds. Against TH 9's they typically all burst besides one and the last one covers my clean up loons. Just have to see how many AD your kill squad will get.
Heroes...it all comes down to having high level heroes
GoLaLoon and GoHoWiWi can 3 star almost every TH9 provided you have decent heroes.
