Base Advice (TH 8)

Lion's Gate - The one I am using now. Seems to be working well. Heavy concentration of fire in the bottom. Top and sides are heavily segmented, with the top being heavily trapped. Gold each in their own storages. AD covering all resources.

Pincer - Once that I want to try out when Elixir is less important to me. Concentrates fire in the bottom with a "pincer" shape. The T shapes in the top and side are heavily trapped.

Please dont take this the wrong way but those designs are terrible. You heavily weigh one side assuming someone will fall into it. What happens when I attack other side and blow through your base? Your junctions are flawed meaning 2 wb destroy multiple compartments. Your mortars are far too clustered 2 light spells and2 mortars are gone. Wt are too close together as well. There's far more but im going to tell u now u need to redesign. Read some of the very thought out posts her with guides for people who need help.

Just use one of junliangs bases even at th9 i have trouble wiping out his pokeball design.

This Better? Follows all those rules. The joints are all offset by 2 or have spring traps. Bottom sides seem weakest...


No matter what I try. I can make anything that draws units towards the center and achieves sufficient protection of resources while offsetting by 2 spaces...
