HI,
My game account blocking on loading, no any response only show loading even if i kill game and reboot it, and i use another device try to play, but still show loading and can't login game.
MyId In game is "diudiy8848", any guys can help me, thanks!:(:(:(

Same here, will not work on my ipad or my iphone. I get a full purple bar on the loading screen and it just stays there.

All the folks in our clan chat are reporting issues like I am seeing at the moment - after every five searches or so the searching mag glass comes on, and/or we get the client/server are out of sync message. So the CoC servers are kakked at the moment. Based on past experience I would suggest a maintenance break is likely to be coming if someone is monitoring this - it is a global issue it seems...

Ahh, well at least I'm not alone.
The bar slowly fills, then just stays there. Force closed it [double tap main button, and killed it off the bottom], reloaded and does the same thing.
Well, at least it isn't just me, but I knew I should have waited for a shield before I redesigned my base...
just tried to login to CoC and the game wouldn't load, it loads to the end of the bar But wont open. please help me, I have tried to close the game in the multi task bar and i don't know if deleting the game will remove the data.
same thing is happening to me.....game gets to the end of the load bar and stops. i wonder if the server is down?

Yep. Main account is OK on iPad4. Secondary account will not load on iPad1.
I am not experiencing the same problem as you, but I know a lot of my clan mates are. Also, your Clash of Clans data is stored on your Game Center not on the app, so deleting the app with not affect your saved game.

Same issue reinstalling did not fix!
My clash of clans would not load so i tried another account on another device and it worked. When I put my account on the other device it wouldn't load again. What happened? The bar goes to full and stays like that. :(

I am also having difficulties, but it pertains to "Searching for opponents..."
I assume the game server is lagging, and unresponsive at this present time.

Annoying timing too. I know my shield just ran out and I left my pumps to fill them before my shield went down. I like been able to pump out 20k-30k in a bunch before a shield ends.
If I get attacked before I can empty them I'll be seriously ♥♥♥♥♥♥ off.

Tried using my iPad and then my iPhone, neither would open the game. Stuck at 100% loaded. My boyfriend gets on his account just fine, and we share the same wifi connection. Wouldn't load on either cellular plan or me either.
same thing here..... Wont load. Loading bar fills all the way, then stops.
I can't even connect on he game! I open the app, the purple bar is fully loaded but it is stoped on the the loading page!! Help please!!!

in same office got 5 people playing, but only me cant login.
I tried all that and also turning off my device i phone4s and us. I think it depends on the account because i tried another account on another device And it worked. When i put m account on the other device it stopped working

As mentioned earlier, get the "searching" symbol way too soon that never stops, client/server out of sync messages. One of the guys reported he raided but lost all his loot because of the client/server sync.... and yes we have tried killing and restarting CoC.

I just finished a battle and couldn't go back to my base. I'm just getting stuck at the full purple loading bar

My loading bar gets completely full and just stays there. have tried everything including using different devices on same account and it wont load.:mad: Second account works fine on same device.

I was able to fix mine. Like the moderator said just do this. It worked for me
1. Exit out of the game
2. Double tap home and hold down the clash of clans icon. Click the red minus sign
3. Hold down the power button and slide the "Slide to power off"
3. Wait for your device to turn on
4. Open clash of clans again

I also noticed the person I attacked last was not in my attack log. It appears that it didn't remember attacking him/her as I couldn't return to my base after the attack.
Seems like they fixed it!
The game won't load for me, either. I have gone through your long list of troubleshooting tips one by one, carefully, and there is no way that this problem is on my end.
I also do not understand why you have not yet updated your users, Supercell. Even if you do not know what is causing the problem, you should acknowledge that there is one so we at least know that you know something is wrong, and that you are investigating the situation.
** edit: and now it's working. Seriously, just post to your own forums to let people know that the problem is on YOUR end, so we don't all have to go through your VERY LONG troubleshooting list. Treyarch has this issue sometimes too--but at least they do try to keep their "server status" page up to date!

Still having problems with it. The loading bad fully goes all purple but nothing beyond that. I have reinstalled it twice and rebooted countless times. No luck.

I wouldnt be mad if it was my low level account but this is my account ive been playing on for months. and have spent money on. dont want to see it all gone for nothing.

Hold down the off and the home button at ten same time till the screen goes black wait 20 seconds then turn it back on this is rebooting your apple device and if you have a frozen screen this works as well hope it helps:)
It makes sense really, if I was having issues with a product or game, I would find their fourms/contact info and seek out a solution. If I wasn't already signed up for the fourms, I defiantly would of and probably found my way here.Quote:

My daughters account works fine on both of our devices in house, mine doesn't load on either. Do I need to call Al sharpton?
A couple of times on reload I have had the maintenance break pop up come up saying the servers are down but then the next dozen times i try to load the game it doesn't show up and then its back.
