Dear Hay Day,
I can't play the game right now as I got a message that I have been banned temporarily due to third party software. Do you have the prove that I use any third party software? I am really disappointed. For your information, I sleep only for a few hours due to addicted to this game, and this had wasted my Tom service. I'm very disappointed to what have you done. Please check first before banning my account. :thumbsdown:
This morning my shop was ok, now nobody can see the itens i have in my shop, not even my friends... i put advertise in every one off the itens even in blanket's, and nothing as been sold.....
the suport link inside the game is no longer available... anyone can tell me how can i resolve this?
I had restarted the game, conected and disconected facebook and google play, deleted and reinstaled the game... and still itens in shop, and friend's can't see a thing.
I play hay day 8-10 hrs/days. After diner i was banned . It say i used third account ? What is third software ? My level is 122 now n i don't want to lost it . Plz

Same issue here. I am an ios player. I can't see anybody else's items in RSS. (Sometimes items with ad on them are visible but not buyable). My stuff is not visible either. Other neighborhood friends have the same problem. Is this anything to do with the upcomming update. Please find solution quick. There is a 2x event going on and I cannot buy or sell anything:(

Hello, my account was also banned for the exact same reason but without me doing anything in particular regarding those 3rd party tools whatsoever. Can i get some help here since i have been addicted to this game as well and just recently purchased a big sum of diamonds in game. Thank you supercell.

A bot farm uses some sort of a third party app or software. This ban caught bot farms and people who may have interacted with bot farms, as was mentioned by Nick in that thread. The bans for people who interacted with them should be only temporarily banned.

I have seen hundreds of innocent people get banned for this 3rd party ♥♥♥♥ excuse you use. You need to invest in customer service. Telling people they use a third party bot or whatever without proving it and simply banning them is even worse customer service we are used to getting.
I'm glad I am not one of the innocent people who have been banned - Probably will be after this message...
I know if I were unlawfully banned and I bought diamonds, or coins, I would demand a full refund... I did buy diamonds once - all it got me was my movie tickets taken away - so never again will I buy diamonds, and whenever one of the 25,000 people in the facebook group ask me, I tell them if they purchase diamonds, Supercell will most likely take away your movie tickets.
Whatever software you use to detect third party software is obviously not working - still seen @ 10 bot farms selling wheat today - but @ 100 of my friends who.... To put it nicely are not educated in the ways of scamming or having a bot farm, gets banned - makes sense I guess if I look at it backwards, upside down, with my eyes shut

My godmother was banned this morning with the message of this account has been temporarily banned due to use and / or interaction with illegar 3rd party software, I already read the post that explain how you did it and why. But here is my doubt. She has 57 years, she plays with a tablet and is the only thing she know how to do, to play Hay Day and send messages, to access everyday and play the game. Using another software to ♥♥♥♥♥, really it is not possible, I am sure of that. So tell me how can I contact the support to activate again her farm. Because this is also something she don't know how to do it.
This might be due to the MAJOR BUG of Supercell thinking innocent people are using a bot - and have banned hundreds of innocent players, yet the bots are still thereQuote:

agreed there Rex, I just bought 4k diamonds which I have yet to use and the support reply said I used a bot. That's the part that is bewildering me! Does bot farms buy diamonds legitimately? I am hugely curious how they can find a bot on my farm when I know in good concience I do not have any. This is the only game I play on my tab and apart from the usual google+ google play game, facebook apps the only other apps installed are an alarm clock apps and crapcleaner browser utility apps.
I emailed back supercell to ask for a refund cos it looks like the situation is untenable, but the same auto reply from cut paste that I seen before being brandied as a reply.
I lodged a complain to google play and as soon as I get my refund, my whole family of six and I are not going to look back at this poor establishment.
That was a level 81 farm with 8k barn and 5.5 k silo I toiled day and night to achieve and without any assist from so-called 3rd party programs; all down the drain! lessons learned.
They banned hundreds (At least that I know of) claiming they use a bot, which is inaccurate. And the link provided to you about the issue - look at the last post by Nick - same old garbage. We won't admit we made a mistake, and we will not prove you are using a bot - so lets close the thread instead of having people ask questions.Quote:

Also there was a person I knew who just bought diamonds and they got banned hahahaa. I didn't know bot farms have valid credit cards on file and bought diamonds - but if they do then that must be why Supercell is not banning the bot farms hahaha

Not that I am saying that I know anything that the rest of you don't, BUT. I have seen cases where people were banned and they came here saying that they played all the time on their phone and their PC or Mac. They seem to think that since the software that will allow you to operate a game or other software on a platform it isn't made for, is legal software, that such activity is allowed with this game. It is not. Some even think that since Windows 10 allows for this sort of thing that it is therefore also allowed. It is NOT. While Nicks original post mentioned BOTs, the message popup says third party software. Is it possible that those who have been banned are not actually playing the game automatically as a bot does but have still used the software that allows playing on a PC and also is part of the whole bot thingy?
