I can't play the game right now as I got a message that I have been banned temporarily due to third party software. Do you have the prove that I use any third party software? I am really disappointed. For your information, I sleep only for a few hours due to addicted to this game, and this had wasted my Tom service. I'm very disappointed to what have you done. Please check first before banning my account. :thumbsdown:
This morning my shop was ok, now nobody can see the itens i have in my shop, not even my friends... i put advertise in every one off the itens even in blanket's, and nothing as been sold.....
the suport link inside the game is no longer available... anyone can tell me how can i resolve this?
I had restarted the game, conected and disconected facebook and google play, deleted and reinstaled the game... and still itens in shop, and friend's can't see a thing.
I play hay day 8-10 hrs/days. After diner i was banned . It say i used third account ? What is third software ? My level is 122 now n i don't want to lost it . Plz

Same issue here. I am an ios player. I can't see anybody else's items in RSS. (Sometimes items with ad on them are visible but not buyable). My stuff is not visible either. Other neighborhood friends have the same problem. Is this anything to do with the upcomming update. Please find solution quick. There is a 2x event going on and I cannot buy or sell anything:(

Hello, my account was also banned for the exact same reason but without me doing anything in particular regarding those 3rd party tools whatsoever. Can i get some help here since i have been addicted to this game as well and just recently purchased a big sum of diamonds in game. Thank you supercell.
