TH trapping works in any league, surprisingly many snipers bring weak armies. If you are at least a th 9 with max teslas, and you can manage to keep your loot low you should be fine.

Not sure why you want to do it though?! Defense win? Trophies? If so, i dont think you would gain much from it.

If you do it for lolz and evil, expect to be entertained :D

i am just casually pushing up to titan, and on my way up, I found this base, obviously th is trapped...with infernos! and I guess tesla and bombs should be nearby....and see the result? LoL!

I visited his base an hour later, obviously he changed his base LOL

The key is that if theres 4 tesla, bombs and traps on a townhall outside and if a unknowing player decides to put a hero there, they will end up using almost all their troops just for the townhall otherwise they will lose. This keeps them from attacking the rest of the base for free loots or cups

I've been in m1 for months, with my untrapped th outside, and its not hard to keep your trophy range. Most of the time you'll get sniped and lose one or two trophies so it's nothing to worry about.

My advice, just leave your th outside for people to snipe.

If you have no loot to offer then it will work to get you free trophies (if that's what you want). If you have loot on offer you might get lucky but you might also get wiped from the opposite side of the base by an attacker who is laughing that he didn't have to deal with your teslas.

Based on the way I attack, it doesn't work.
At Masters 3 you get a 100,000 elixir bonus, so it's worth dropping 4 giants and a handful of barbs to destroy all of the tesla and Town Hall.

If I see a trapped Town Hall in the Gold league, I end battle
