How do you help friends?

Hi I visit farms and friends farms and i don't know how to help them also how do u send someone a gift card and then to get me back PLEEEASE HELP!!

Pleas help me i don't know how to help my friends on hay day to then get a gift card in return plllease help me my last load of posts no-one has answered please help me!!
