There should be a fine for those who leave a clan when they are in war. So if they want to join another clan they shouldn't just have to wait till the old war is over to join the next war in the new clan, but they should be banned for war for a week or something...
There already is. They can't be in war until your current war over.
If you think there should be more than this, don't put new members in war until you trust they won't leave.
Various suggestions all over the forum about this.
Two reasons people leave during war:
-The leader/clan is bad (offensive, ♥♥♥♥♥ing, etc) in which case a player shouldn't be forced to stay (or punished to leave an offensive situation).
-The player is a jerk. Now you've kept a jerk in the clan who decides if he gets booted then he doesn't get punished for leaving the clan so he puts garbage in war cc's, fills troop requests with wallbreakers, spams profanities in chat, changes his base to be easy to 3 star, doesn't attack anyway.
Personally I would prefer he just leaves, only have max a couple new players in any war to help limit damages, maybe make them sit out a war to make sure they are serious about the clan.
I don't think this would fix anything. Do you think that forcing them inside would do any good to your clan? It's not like those people would get a message "You cannot leave a clan during war without paying the fine!" and they would say "Oh that's right, I should do my attacks before leaving like a good guy".
No.. forcing them to stay in your clan would just make them waste their attacks or attack for resources, aka a barch army to jut get the 50% and the loot bonus, OR it would make them to create a mess in your clan, insult everybody, screw your troop requests with Goblins and Wall Breakers, and in the end you will just end up doing the same thing, kicking them out of your clan which you so much wanted to stop them from doing.
