The second feature that I wish you added is the capability to change the position of the decorations, like logs, rocks, trees, etc. I know it is the second one is a useless feature, but it can 'be a better reason to beautify the village, if for example I have a tree that you have given at Christmas, what all decorated, but is in a position that the player does not like, with this function, you could change the position of the object in question. sorry for any errors in writing, but I do not speak good English:) I ask all those who want to write in the comments, if before writing, they can at least think once the functions that I would like the supercell from deploying, and their utility. For the second idea, you said "change the position of the decorations" and I need to correct you here; they are called obstacles, the decorations are the ones you buy from the shop (aka flags or statues). Now, since they are called obstacles, they from their nature get in the way. If you want, you can remove them, but I wouldn't support a feature, where SC would spend some coding time, just to move the obstacles for people to design their bases.. they are there for the gems and that's it, not for decorating the village. This is my opinion about this idea, which was suggested many times before.

Correct me if i'm wrong but i think he's saying that he would like to be able to climb the divisions by leveling up his Townhall.

The italian word ''lega'' is translated to ''alloy'' wich means a mix of metals, but i think the correct translation of Lega in this context is the other meaning ''League'' So when i translate this manually he says:

Here he's trying to say that players won't be able to drop in division to attack weaker players.

So this is a wildshot, but i think that he's asking for a situation where the degree in a league is not linked to the amount of trophies but it's linked to what TH you have. So gold has 3 devisions and he's asking for a situation where for example:

Gold = 1400 - 2000 trophies

All TH 9 & 10 are in Gold 1
All TH 7 & 8 are in Gold 2
All TH 6 and lower in Gold 3

This does not change during the time being in the 1400- 2000 trophy range, you wont exceed a class by obtaining more trophees, but you will exceed to the next class within a disivion when you're a certain townhall level.

Is this what you ment to ask for?

I only got the idea that you want to designate a specific league for each townhall. I'm against this. It's your option which league you want to stay in. Just use farming bases to minimize (not stop) full-on raids.

I said that every level of the town hall there should be a given league. in my opinion, it should be so, th: 1-2-3-4-5 / bronze league, th: 6 / silver league, th: 7 / gold league, th: 8 / crystal, th: 9 / champion, th: 10 / titan. sorry for my every possible error :)

Thanks, this clarifies what you were trying to say =)
however i do not think this will ever be implemented, the current system is build on ambition and skill.
Your system would imprison people in a specific league, and some ambitious players like to get to higher leagues even though their townhall would classify them in a lower league (in your system)

Also some people like to be the big fish in the small pond, i know you are suggesting this system to prevent those players to stay in the lower leagues. But they should have the option to stay in the league they want, even though they outgrow most competition. The current system gives a loot penalty to these players so they knowingly choose to get lower rewards for raiding others, this is the current balance in the system and is a small consolation prize for those who have to work around the larger players.
