This has been suggested a lot in the past, and I believe it would be too OP in certain cases. In war more frequently, people put their CC in the middle, next to their TH. Now, with this spell and the right troops in the castle, you could take down the TH without even breaking into the central core.. this is why I believe this spell would be too OP.
This would just make the defending base have to deal with another half army camp which would be too much to deal with, even if for limited period of time.
Also, I think this would make people afraid of putting something in the CC really, since anything they would put would backfire on them, so this spell would ruin the purpose of having any troops at all in the castle.
Finally, my last argument for this idea is that it would make the battles too easy to win. The CC troops usually have the purpose of delaying the attacking troops from taking down the TH, by holding them down while the defences are shooting. Now, with this spell, the attacking troops wouldn't need to worry about any troops at all and would take down the central core even faster with their help.
