The Mystery of Minions

Everyone knows about clash of clans' usual October update. And most people know that supercell likes to surprise us with things like air sweepers. Now, everyone wants a new hero but it doesn't seem like supercell to give everyone what they want and make Wizard Princes and Witch Princesses. So I was thinking, what if supercell implemented a new hero, that nobody was expecting. Have you ever thought about minions carefully? Who's minions are they? Some people will say they are our minions, but then why wouldn't every other troop be called minions. What if supercell made a new hero that was the minions' leader!! Think about it. Reply your thoughts, what could the leader of the minions be??

I think that a flying hero might be too OP. The only thing which stops the current 2 heroes from not being too OP are the walls which get in their way and get them stuck behind one until they are killed. A flying hero wouldn't have this downside and it might be too much to handle.

I could agree with this only with the new th11.. why? Well, I imagine that th11s should be able to take down the th10s for 3 stars and a hero might be the best option to bring that possibility to the front.

What would be really cool for them to add.. is a hero based of a new troop, so they would release a troop and a hero simultaneously :eek::smirk:

True, but I never said the hero would be flying, maybe some mad scientist hero that created minions

I think they ruled out something like this, where walls can affect hogs and flying troops.

Something may be needed to balance this...right? And what is your idea of this mysterious character?

No, everyone wants more heroes and if things get too out of hand. Supercell has to to give the people what they want.

No, but it requires a large amount of balancing for this to happen.

Think about it this way: Offense already has an inherit advantage against defense. If we add a third hero, we make the game much easier, because a third hero expands the advantage. Now, this wouldn't be good for the game, right? Further, from a business standpoint, this would lead to less gems spend trying to recoup lost trophies.

Nicely said. Maybe if the hero is flying we need another level for archer towers....? Just an idea.
