lost farm

Hello just to let you know still no reply from help and support on the lost farm.we are going into the 3rd week now so I don't think it's going to be found thanks to the members that did reply to my posts. See ya.

Normally I'd agree, but support is probably really overwhelmed dealing with something right now (some rot or tot ban or something...), so I'd wait a week or two before you truly give up. :-)

Patience, grasshopper. As noted by CRMagic, support is probably under siege right now in dealing with ban issues, plus the update on top of that now too.

The first time I had to deal with support it took 3 months for them to get back to me. Their reason...they lost my email. Second time it took 6 weeks...lost email again. Third time, 2 days with an automated reply. Moral...don't give up, but don't expect much either.

Hi,

Sorry to hear it takes you so long. Is your device on Android or iOS?

Can you confim that you contacted them by open Hay Day > Settings > Help and Support, and write the message from there?
