Did you have it saved on the apple app or google play?
No we did not.
Then there is nothing else you can do.

Were you in a neighborhood? We had a player who lost her unsaved farm. Supercell advised us to tell her to open a new farm and then send a report through that farm to supercell with old farm name, nh name, and any other information she had. They then sent her a recovery code which she used to restore her original farm. Good luck.

Hi thanks for the info I have sent them all the details of the farm like 6 times but they have not replied once.I will email them again and see what happens.thanks again.

The best way to contact support is through your game settings. Please do this through the low level farm that replaced your lost one.
Support will ask for evidence the account belongs to you, so please have your info ready.
You may have to wait a few days for a reply, so please do not start multiple convos, this will not speed up the process.
