We are very helpful, friendly and love the derby and are a lot of fun. We require 5 derby tasks of 300 points completed. That's about it s far as rules. Our hood is Sunny side of the street, red lobster, purple background. Hope to see you soon!

Other than that this is the most helpful hood I've been in, with 6 players finished all land.

Our little hood (currently 22 players) has a range of experience up to level 109. We are relaxed about the Derby. We aim for all five Derby tasks at whatever points we can manage - no strict rules and no stressing! If you can't do all five tasks - no problem! We delete tasks below 270 when we see them to help generate better higher point tasks for those who want to do them.
We're a growing hood affiliated with the amazing and hugely successful "Extravag-ant Farm". A few of us broke off to form a sister hood but we still have a community on Line that extends to all the members of both hoods from all over the world.
We all help each other with expansions, tasks, boats, etc. No obligation to do so at a discount and please don't ask for discounts. Full price is the norm, if you feel like being more charitable then that's lovely. All we ask is that members are reasonable with their requests for help, give as well as take (help as often as helped) and keep their chat clean and in English. (No minimum chat requirements - if you're quiet that's fine.)
What's a reasonable request? Because tools are hard to come buy, as a general rule we ask for 10 or fewer of each tool when getting close to an upgrade. No begging please (asking repeatedly / whining) - if you don't get help straight away then just pop your request in your farm name.
If you're over 18, level 30 or above and you like the sound of us then come give us a try we'd be delighted to have you. The hood name is Farm Retreat. Logo: yellow sun circle and yellow cat.

I'd like to see the hood use markets within the hood, before venturing out. The prices you assign are yours to assign...chances are we'd pay what we have to for a needed item anyway. For those considerate ppl we have a suggested scale to follow. Furthermore if you bought it from the paper or its an upgrade item we say go ahead and charge the highest on the scale unless you don't want to. It is fair.
Communication is key. If you are on the hunt, a member says they can help, please don't run off. Finish possible transaction before going shopping or whatnot. We consider everyone's time valuable.
