Check this out, i was raided twice by the same guy in 5 minutes, neither were a revenge. Is it possible that he lost the first, gemmed his troops and queen, then found me again so quickly? Or some sort of ♥♥♥♥?

How come you won the first time he attacked you then lost the second time?????
who care he failed both times
its simple: LUCK
Do the replays show the battle ending normally?
And my guess is with similar armies, he either attacked completely different the 2nd time, or the first time he ran into your clan castle, traps, and heroes on defense?
It's possible the guy was real ♥♥♥♥♥♥ he lost, gemmed everything, and found you with matchmaking, but the 2200 range is usually full, would be quite a feat. Not unheard of, but hard to pull off.
Yes, he wiped out my clan castle troops, and triggered a giant bomb in the first, along with the king and queen. So he attacked from the same spot the second time and got 50% as well as my town hall.
I just cant understand how he gemmed it all and found me so quickly, especially in that cup range which as you say, is pretty full of players! I think there's something fishy going on...
Edit - yes, both battles ended normally
I just came back from 2200, it's definitely possible to meet the same guy twice or even trice. Seen it happen myself.
Just bad luck on your side. Not a ha ck.
Had the exact same thing a few weeks ago in the 28-2900 cup range, he lost the first and won the second!. I just put it down to luck, not too many players at that level-I often see the same bases whilst searching.
I see the same person on average about 4 times an hour sub 200.
also if you beat someone that decreases the remaining pool because of the shield, so the remaining people increase in frequency.
Ah well, ive revenged him once, and will do again :p
(hi by the way tito, hope you're well)
