It's probably tied in some way to the UDID of the device, if you are jail broken you could try using UDID switcher - but it may well mess up other apps you have on there as well.
Don't think this can be done at this time, I remember reading it another post games can not be reset and started over.......Only option is to get a new device lol or another GC account on the same device and start over that way....
You can restart by factory resetting your iDevice. And unlinking/creating a new Game Center.Quote:

Do I really have to do a factory reset on my freaking ipad to get this to work? Will that even be enough? Cause it would really suck if I do all of that for nothing.
If you have jailbroken, try to delete "documents" and "library" where CoC is located
The device must be fully restored to Factory settings in order to delete a villages progress. My son logged on to my village, the only way he could build his own village on his own device after that was go to back Factory settings. Not fun.Quote:

Get in touch with Supercell Support and explain the situation to them. They can manually link the account to another account/device-id... One of my clanmates has had a similar problem and it was fixed by the support.
