Is this a glitch? What is this?

This is an attack on my base. I'm wondering what that thing next to his archers is in his troop selection menu.

Let me know if I messed up the attachment.

Secret butter churn. They removed it from the game but some players still have it.

I am amazed so few people have never spent any time not being in a clan. During the first 2 weeks of play I donated 24,500 level 1 barbarians to random clans that I joined in order to progress my Friend in Need achievement cheaply and quickly. During that time I joined request and leave clans for troops. Getting level 6 donations (back when that was max) from a request and leave clan when I was TH4 was awesome. They were so powerful. I joined a real clan after 2 weeks because I had enough donations and wanted to work on the clan war achievements, but I missed having such powerful troops donated to my CC whenever I wanted them. All new players should spend some time getting familiar with the butter churner.

Thanks for the quick reply. I tried to search but didn't really know what to look for. I thought it looked more like a broom.

Agreed. Or make it look like the clan castle icon does when designing your village.

I bet they loved you, giving level 1 barbs in return for max troops

He has no clan when he attacked you, these players just having fun being not part of a guild. They just want to attack even without back up troops.

It's a person who has clan castle troops in his clan castle but left his clan, so a pole with no banner is there. If he joined a clan, a banner would be put up.
