The rules in my clan, are easy to follow:
1) you may always donate archers, except when someone is preparing for a WAR attack
2) no lvl's in youre request, even a archer lvl1 is welcome
3) first attack in war, is 3 down, means if you are nr10 you attack nr13 the first, second attack is filling the blank stars
4) you may ask voor CO or elder, but you take the risk of being kicked
5) if you don't follow rule 1, 2 and 3, you take the risk of being kicked
