The only people you'll run into with "maxxed walls for their TH" are TH7 and TH8's. Anybody TH6 and under usually doesn't bother completely maxing their walls, and anyone TH9 and over isn't gonna be maxed unless they gemmed them.

All the people in my clan are my friends irl and have noob bases, and don't understand how to play CoC :p
And if I leave their clan they keep on nagging me at school...
Even if someone maxed their walls at TH7, they will upgrade to TH8 and won't be maxed. Kind of a silly question unless you're talking about maxed TH9/10, which is probably 1% of the forum (if lucky).

Not one person in my clan has higher than level 9 walls, most only have level 7 walls.
I just moved to TH8, but before that, one person in my clan had maxed walls relative to their TH; me.:p
Had maxed walls up to th 7, just went downhill from there. This poll is honestly kind of odd, just doesn't make much sense as walls are usually the thing that finishes maxing last, and people then just upgrade townhall just after, so the only way you can catch anyone over th 7 with maxed walls, is just while they are upgrading to next townhall...
