More Ranks/Titles in clan with perks and privileges
I believe we need more title/rank options for promotions in clan. Elder and Co leader is not enough, and they do not have enough options to help them serve the clan. I also believe with each title a certain benefit should be applied rather its an increase in clan resources or xp gain etc. Give us a system that will help us better rule ourselves and help reward our members that our loyal. Also some examples of names with their job description for the new rank structure.
- Peasant - The first title given and the lowest rank. with no kick privileges and the lowest clan perk. also a penalty if you leave your clan unjustly of 50,000 of each resource and a attack penalty cool down of 36 hours, a join clan cool down of 24hrs if grace was permitted upon your leave no penalty incurred. a Desertion during clan wars penalty based on Town hall level deducted from your resources and given to the clan as a war loot bonus ex. th7 say they get 250k of each resource on a win then the penalty is 500k. For not making their attacks in a clan war and the end result is a loss a penalty based on their Town hall level of just 1 x so say a town hall 7 gets 250k of each resource on a win then the penalty is 250k.
- Footman - The second rank given. no kick privileges. higher clan perks than peasant. kick penalty of 100,000 ea. cool down for joining another clan or attacking is the same. and if grace is permitted no penalty. same penalties as above for peasant for desertion and not making clan war attacks
- Soldier - The third rank given, kick and promote privileges of the peasant rank only, higher clan perks than footman no penalty for leaving clan. same desertion penalties apply as above but no penalty for clan wars attacks
- Captain - The fourth rank given, kick privileges and promote abilities up to captain, higher clan perks than soldier. no penalty for leaving,desertion or clan war attack penalties. can permit grace to leaving members below footman rank.
- Elder - The fifth rank given, Kick privileges and promote abilities up to captain. higher clan perks than captain, can change war base during war prep time up to elder rank, clan message cool down time 6 hours. no penalty for leaving, desertion, or clan war attacks. can permit grace to leaving members, And can accept members into the clan.
- Co Leader - The Sixth rank given, can accept new members, kick and promotion abilities up to co leader, can make changes to members clan war bases during war prep time up to co leader rank, can start wars, Can penalize players for not making attacks in clan wars and distribute said resources among clan, higher clan perks than elder, clan message cool down time of 1 hour. no penalty for leaving, desertion, or clan attacks, also has the ability to permit grace to leaving members.
- Leader - The seventh rank, Kick and promotion abilities up to leader (yes you can have more than 1 leader) highest clan perks, sets internal clan rewards for its members, may penalize all members in war for not making attacks as well as out of war for losing to many trophies for the clan during a clan trophy push. no cool down time on clan wide messages. no penalties of any kind. and may permit grace.
Last but not least to help with checks and balances i recommend a Leader kick and promote option to clan members if their leader is deemed unworthy a vote must be taken and passed by 80 percent of its members and the leader can be expelled and replaced. The option of having a dead clan and leaving when at the rank of Peasant, footman or soldier would be also overturned by an option of clan disembark vote.
