Idea: New Ways To Earn Clan XP

Hello, today I have a few new ideas of how to earn Clan XP.
1. Donating troops
With my new idea, for every 100 troop spaces donated(PEKKA=25, Barb=1), you will earn 1 Clan XP. 1-99 troop spaces donated=0 XP. 100 troop spaces=1 XP. I have attatched some pictures of how it will work.

2. Winning Non-CW Battles
Since it is impossible to find anyone further than 2 THs from you(correct me if im wrong), I will only include the penalty/bonus for+2/-2 THs, but will edit to add the rest if needed.
Attacking 2 THs lower: 2 XP for 1 star, 4 XP for 2 star, 5 XP for 3 star
Attacking 1 TH lower: 3 XP for 1 star, 6 XP for 2 star, 7 XP for 3 star
Attacking same TH level: 1 XP for 0 star(so everybody's a winner), 5 XP for 1 star, 7 XP for 2 star, 10 XP for 3 star
Attacking 1 TH higher: 1 XP for 0 star, 6 XP for 1 star, 8 XP for 2 star, 12 XP for 3 star
Attacking 2 THs Higher:2 XP for 0 star, 8 XP for 1 star, 10 XP for 2 star, 13 XP for 3 star

3. Leveling up a League
This one is pretty simple. Get 75 XP for going to the next league(Crystal 1-Master 3), 40 XP for going to the next subdivision(Bronze 3-Bronze 2), 15 XP for entering a league from no league, and 5 XP for breaking your trophy best.

ADDED:4. Growing
At the end of every week, the clan earns 5 XP for every member in the clan without the "New" tag and 3 XP for all the "New" players. No pics needed here.

Since the first idea is the only one that has any merit when it comes to clans at all, it really makes no sense to me. We already gain personal exp for donating, clan exp,should be something done as a clan, if I can get exp for just donating I am going to drop troops and request again minutes later. Get everyone in clan to do this and be level 10 within a few days. Not sure if any of these will work. The levels are meant to be hard to get, winning wars is about as hard as you can get.
