I currently have everything maxed but 3 barracks to bring to lvl 9 also about a weeks worth of wall farming...my question is should I upgrade to th 8 with lvl 3 rage lvl 3 loons and all others maxed ( well hogs have 7 days left) or wait to upgrade ALL troops and spells?
Max it all, definitely rage spell :)
Lab is the one thing that it's okay to fall behind on (and mines/collectors if everything else is completely maxed). If you still have walls to do or buildings to upgrade then stay at TH7, but when you are 100% done with walls and have no buildings left to upgrade (I would get those barracks done before you get to TH8), then it is a waste to sit around at TH7 watching 100% of your loot get thrown away because you have nothing to do but wait for super slow lab upgrades to finish.
max everything before upgrading the town hall, what is the rush?
Definitely max all those barracks and loons and rage, just farm elixir and gold will come itself. There's no rush from th7, wars are easy and if nothing you have fun there ;) but I recommend you to search up some threads about rushing 8 to 9. Good luck man
No rush...but I don't wanna sit around waiting for lab upgrades to finish and have all my loot go to waste cause other than my barracks(which will be done in 4-5 days I'm all done besides walls of course but that's at the end as well....then theirs the 8 day wait I have to consider while upgrading my th
Max everything in TH7. Skipping TH8 and rushing to TH9 is OK when you have maxed barch or any other farm army but rushing to TH8 is never a good idea.
Even I'm th7. My only lab upgrades left are the dark lix ones. I still have teslas to lv3, mines, collectors, sweeper, storages and some walls left. Gonna max it all, except perhaps hogs.
If you are bored, upgrade it. If you aren't, wait.

1. Best farm all you can and need while it's easier to find resources.
