earlier today i accidentally clicked on the buy gems button, and i canceled buying the gems. immediately my game crashed and i haven't been able to log in since. i have restarted my device and re-downloaded the app. what should i do.

Did you try turning off the device and turning it back on? Fixes most issues. Otherwise, your best bet is to contact SC and post it in the right forum, not the general one.
