Should a TH9 fully max their base?

I am a TH9 with all max defenses and buildings. the only things I have left to upgrade are walls, heroes, and lab. I only have minions, valkyries, and the de spells left in the laboratory. Would it be better to fully max out TH9 with level 30 heroes and all lava walls, or, to have all defenses maxed, all lego walls, maybe some lavas, with max lab and heroes to level 20 or 25? Need feedback on when to upgrade to TH10! Thanks :)

My lab is level 7, i have level 4 minions, level 1 valkyries, and drags are going to level 4. DE spells are all level one, everything else is maxed for a th9. also, how do you get the information below your post? like where it shows your clan, level, rank in the clan, etc. like you do.

I would recommend maxing TH9. If you aspire and will play until you max all of TH10, not maxing walls and heros for TH9 will set you back a bit.

Th10 gets you better troops and a third dark drill, so my view is that it's faster to farm dark as th10 unless you're a super active farmer.

There is no right or wrong answer here.

Do you find grinding lava walls and heroes enjoyable?
Can you handle war with a hero down or ok opting out while upgrading them?
Are you getting matched to TH10s in war needing that extra power TH10 offers?

Just some things you have to ask yourself before jumping. But ever since the matchmaking update don't let loot be a primary deciding factor. The difference loot wise since is minimal.

I'd say to max out everything besides walls and heroes. Try to get most of your walls to lava and your heroes to low 20's. Lol if u grind on only walls and heroes, the game is gonna get like REALLY boring.

I myself went up th10 once i got my attacking raid forces fully upgraded. Of course the towers were all maxed.

went to th10 with 80 skulls rest legos and like 5 lavas with 25 queen 20 king and th8 defences (splash and some point was th9) and im doing fine
