How to get 50%?

So, I'm currently pushing with Bam to the point where i almost always find a th9, so how many buildings do I need to destroy in order to get 50%?

Probably about 2/4th of all buildings, but I'm no mathematician

Remember, this number might have changed with 1 or 2 after the last update, and this is also considering all buildings are built

Or 5/10th..

I believe it is somewhere between 37-39, new updates add more buildings, which changes it

I've found that once you reach 49%, one more will usually do it.

This, lol, who takes the time to count each building when raiding, you only get 30 seconds, spend it planning your attack, not counting buildings.
