Playing a family game and having to explain to a 10 year old what a Dirty Sanchez is?
The demeaning act of rubbing feces on a womans face is not offensive?
Im in shock, but if the company doesn't find spreading abusive behavior like this in a game for kids I guess I'll take my money elsewhere.

the ESRB does not rate online interactions. ever read that on any game that includes multiplayer interactions ever? when one knows there are communications between players, one (logically assumes) that people will say 'inappropriate things'. maybe it in turn is your fault for allowing your 10 year old to chat with strangers of any age from around the worldQuote:

Regardless of whether what you reported is offensive or not, Who says Clash is a family game? ToS indicate the game is intended for 13 year olds or over. You need to take responsibility if you allow a ten year old to play or watch. Being suspicious by nature, I don't find what you reported particularly offensive and suspect you were trying to get a war enemy banned and it failed.
tbh I doubt this story is even true.... if said ( hypothetical 10 yrs old) would ask ' Mom, why is sanchez called dirty'? ....you could indeed answer in all sorts of different ways, none of which would be awkward or offensice or whatever.Quote:

Context is everything here and it could have several different meanings. For all we know the players name is Sanchez in which case it wouldn't be right to have it changed for him/her.
There could be cases where some words as an IGN would not be that offensive if people call themselves that as opposed to someone calling someone something offensive.
In any case it is support's call to decide what is and isn't offensive.
Furthermore one shouldn't have to explain such things to a 10 yo and one needs to be 13 to have an account according to TOS.
If one finds something offensive it also isn't a good idea to bring it to the forums and post it there.
